The 2024 BAFTA Film Awards, hosted by David Tennant, honor the lengthy checklist of talented stars in front of and within the abet of the camera. Earn out who's taking home a trophy this year.
Here's your invite to London's event of the year, the 2024 British Academy Film Awards.
The ceremony, hosted by David Tennant, took location on the Royal Competition Hall on Feb. 18, with stars from across the world making their scheme to the red carpet. (Search every celeb on the 2024 BAFTA Film Awards right here.)
This year, the film Oppenheimer swept the BAFTAs with seven awards, in conjunction with Simplest Director for Christopher Nolan and Leading Actor for Cillian Murphy, and Supporting Actor for Robert Downey Jr., whereas Yorgos Lanthimos' Miserable Things followed with five wins, in conjunction with one for the film's superstar, Emma Stone.
Meanwhile, no topic being nominated for eight awards, Bradley Cooper's Maestro, did no longer salvage any. Neither did the field location of labor shatter Barbie, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, and Saltburn, each and every of which received five BAFTA nominations.
The ceremony featured a performance from Sophie Ellis-Bextor, who sang her 2001 hit “Homicide on the Dancefloor,” which is featured in Saltburn.
